MJ Simmen, CEO & Founder
MJ is a committed lifelong learner who is enthusiastic about discovering new ideas and technologies. With more than 20 years of experience in learning and development within non-profits and corporations, she excels in facing challenges and seizing growth opportunities. Her broad expertise includes Healthcare, Financial Services/FinTech, Cybersecurity, and Retail. In addition, she has a Master's Degree in Leadership and Organizational Transformation, a certificate in Instructional Design, and a certificate in Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Training Evaluation. In her personal time, she loves spending time outdoors, traveling, and pursuing photography. She has recently moved back to the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area from the picturesque state of Maine.
